✅ Easy Returns:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Email us at support@cletusskincare.com with your order number and reason for return

💸 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges:

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Email us a photo of the item for quick processing.

🧴 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly.
